Review my PR6 website and need some links exchange

Thank you very much for allowing me to post my site URL here to be reviewed.My site has PR6,but very low traffic.Sometimes the number of visitors is less than 300 a day,most of time,the number of visitors is not passing 400 a day.I want every one to review my site and give me some constructive suggestion.Why do my site have a high PR but less traafic and less business ?
