And I'm online from nearly 15 days....

I sent the sitemap and the robots.txt to Google Webmaster.
I have reciprocal links with the major web sites present in my "Progetti" list and I started to find some reciprocal links with other graphic and web agency websites to improve my rank position on Google for the main keywords chosen:

"agenzia comunicazione"
"studio grafico"
"realizzazione web"

I'm not so expert in SEO: can u give me a judgment about my onpage SEO optimization and suggestions\hints to make it better and\or correct main errors?

First see the site structure is this according to google or not ,then set the Meta Tag in circular manner...

You need to wait for atleast 2-3 months to see your site ranking anywhere on Google.

However follow this simple guideline

a) Your keyword should be in your TITLE or TEXT within the website. Dont overdo it. keep is natural.
b) Dont indulge heavily into reciprocal link building
c) Try to get one-way links from high ranking websites, directories, article sites, social bookmarking sites. Read blog.seohawk.com/social-bookmarking-and-seo
d) Your homepage doesnt have any TEXT . Add some text related to your targeted keywords. You can have links, text with your targeted keywords.
e) Your site is .it therefore your chances of scoring higher rankings on Google.it is more as compared to any other.

Just follow this above rules. I am sure you will be ranking on top within the next 1-2 months

You should get,

1.Inbound Links
2.Outbound Links

that will be getting good PR in Google...

give proper meta tag and include your targeted keyword in your meta title, desc and in keywords,, also use keywords in your page content... it is best to give keyword in h1 or h2 tags in contant
