PR or Good Content, which are better?

Hi.
I try hardly to make my site grow up in search engines, i made a lot of changes, like link exchange campaign, changed the title and description, took care of density of keywords. Now i have a problem: i don't know which is more important to a website : the page-rank or its content?
What do you think guys, which has priority on you opinion?

Defiantly content is more important ,if your content is good and unique PR will automatically improve.

i agree too, but please dont try to change template, title, or description that may drop down your site rank in search engine. its happen to my site.:)

That's true.
Content is very important for site's point of view. It give the information about site and products and services which is provided by the site.
So content is always important for site.
