Are H2,H3,H4 tags equally benficial as H1 tag in terms of SEO?

I want to know that Is H1 tag different from other tags i.e H2, H3, H4 etc in terms of SEO?

H1 tag gets more weightage. Major keyowords should be put in H1 tag and minor keywords should be put in H2,H3 tags.
